Policies for Commissions

A deposit of 50% of the artwork's purchase price is required before work can begin. Coté Fine Art reserves the right to keep this deposit in the event of customer cancellation. When the work is completed, the customer will pay the remaining 50% plus any tax and/or shipping and handling due before taking possession of the work.
Artwork must either be picked up or arrangements for shipping or delivery made within 90 days of completion. If the 90-day period is exceeded, a storage fee of 5% of the artwork's purchase price will be charged on a monthly basis.
Depending on your location and type of order, personal delivery by Josh is available. Delivery is free within a 10-mile radius of Asheville, NC. Otherwise, a delivery fee applies. Quotes available on request and are based on distance and whether overnight accommodation is needed.
All sales are final.
